Why I own it?

For years I had a regular size minivan and it worked well driving around with family, but I needed something with even more space.

I started to look for a minibus that would be with gasoline engine and automatic transmission and as soon as that T4 Caravelle came on sale, I went to check it and made a deal.

Volkswagen T4s are very common in Estonia, there are about 2000 of them in the registry. Yet, this engine and transmission combinations are rather rare, only about 10 of such vehicles are on the roads. So this is a real wolf in sheep’s clothing in terms of rarity 🙂

It’s also a very comfortable car to drive, has powerful AC, lots of space inside and even an early car computer to track fuel mileage etc.
